CANTON – Soon after 20 yrs at the helm, Ed Roth is stepping down as president and CEO of the Aultman Wellness Basis.

Roth will formally depart his post on July 1 but will stay with Aultman by means of the spring to support with the leadership transition. Roth will be succeeded by Rick Haines, recent president and CEO of AultCare, the foundation’s insurance plan corporation.

Aultman announced the adjustments Wednesday after meetings of both the Aultman Wellbeing Basis and AultCare Boards of Administrators.
